This 3-session skills-based group is designed for youth ages 11-15 who are looking to learn healthier stress management techniques. By learning a specific way to pay attention to your body, thoughts, feelings, participants can then choose to respond to life’s challenges in a healthier and more beneficial way.

This group will focus on: Learning skills to help decrease anxiety and stress Building relaxation and self-calming skills Engage in mind-body movement techniques to relieve stress Building engagement and activity level to improve mood
