Join fitness instructor/trainer Mary Coulter-Bennett for a gentle cardio workout Halloran Park! Move at your own pace for a low impact standing workout to music you want to move to! Class will include cardio, strength, balance and flexibility for a full body workout. Bring water and wear clothing layers to adjust to weather and temperature. Masks should be worn to class and social distancing will be practiced during the workout.
FREE! No online registration needed. All participants will sign in at the beginning of each class. Class will be canceled in inclement weather. Come to one class or all four!
