Join Stoughton Recreation for a creative boot camp style workout that will get you the results you have been waiting for. For 5-sessions we will be using plyometrics and body weight resistant drills you will learn new workouts to take home with you. Our veteran Fitness instructor Felicia Baptista will get in motivated and in shape in no time!
