Knights of Summer Extended Day • Register • View Cart •

For children attending the OMS Knights of Summer Extended School Year program, the Recreation Department will be sponsoring a bus that will transport your summer student to the Open Playground program to participate in and enjoy recreation activities when their school day is done.

Children must be registered through the school department for the OMS Knights of Summer Extended School Year in order to register for KOS Extended Day.

Children signed up for the Knights of summer program cannot attend Open Playground field trips. Your child must be registered for a full week of Open Playground.

Parents are responsible for reading the Open Playground Parent Handbook prior to their child's first day 


NOTE: PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PICK UP AT THE END OF THE PLAYGROUND PROGRAM AT THE SOUTH SCHOOL NO LATER THAN 4PM. THERE WILL BE NO RETURN TRANSPORTATION.

Please note: Refunds or credits will not be issued within 24 business hours of the program start time, and programs will not be pro-rated for missed classes. Participants may be eligible for a refund or account credit on a case by case basis prior to the first day of a program and is not guaranteed. Any approved cancellations resulting in a refund will incur a 5% cancellation fee, unless the cancellation of the program is initiated by the Recreation Department. In the event that the minimum registration requirement is not met, the program will be canceled. In such instances, participants will receive a full refund, and notification of the cancellation will be sent via email.
