Join Mike Varner from MAXX Training center for a 4-week program that will focus on foot, knee, head, elbow, and palm striking from both the standing and grounded positions. Emphasis will be to use strikes to create distance to evade the perpetrator. We will show you the most effective striking and jujitsu techniques!
