For 5 weeks you will be challenged with a new creative boot camp style workout that will get you the results you have been waiting for. Using plyometrics and body weight resistant drills you will learn new workouts to take home with you. You will also be provided with a personal tracking portfolio where we will take your weight, measurements, and before and after pictures.
